Opening times

The doors are open from 8:30am to 5:30pm and doctors do surgeries throughout the day on a rota basis.

From time to time the practice will close at lunchtime for staff training. The practice will also close for an afternoon on occasion for district-wide training. Notification will be given in advance about this closure. 

If you require a doctor in an emergency outwith surgery hours, please telephone the surgery number. You will be advised by an answering machine how to contact the doctor.

At certain times you will be given advice on how to contact the Forth Valley out-of-hours service provided by NHS 24 (Tel 111).  On other occasions one of the practice's GPs will be available to deal with your call.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
